With its large open plan living area, Apartment Three is perfect for the family holiday. Views over Youngs Park, and across Torbay towards Berry Head, can be enjoyed from the large bay window, whilst the living area brings opportunity for comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the property, enabling younger family members to sleep soundly whilst the adults enjoy their evening in the living area.

After a day of family fun, you can relax in the living area - the large contemporary style grey/black four seater sofa, allowing you to stretch out in comfort. Co-ordinating oak furniture, coffee table, bookcase and dining suite, brings a touch of elegance, whilst ensuring you're able to relax and dine comfortably, and the breakfast bar, with its two modern bar stools, provides for flexible dining, should you prefer.

Because the kitchen facilities form part of the living area, for those preparing family meals, you'll still feel part of the family holiday. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with modern, stylish units and benefits from integrated appliances - electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine. In addition to the obligatory kettle, toaster, microwave, there is a coffee maker for that home-from-home experience.

For your comfort, and that touch of luxury, all beds benefit from cotton linen and each guest is provided with Egyptian cotton towels. The Master Bedroom has a large double fitted wardrobe - providing plenty of storage space for a long stay.

The large bathroom is well equipped with a modern white suite, including a deep bath, 'over bath' electric shower and shower screen, a fitted unit and an illuminated radio mirror.

We aim to meet the entertainment needs of all family members - the 37" LCD TV comes complete with basic Sky package and the Roku box supports some movie packages, all of which is complemented by an XBOX 360, DVD player, stereo system and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also a selection of board games, DVDs and books.

 

The beaches are 'probably' the best in the area... with long stretches of gently shelving fine, golden sand, with opportunities for promenade strolls and rock pooling, whilst protected on both sides by the impressive headlands. There are plenty of activities for the family, including: coastal walks towards Torquay or Brixham; two family restaurants just a stroll through the park; and a fully equipped leisure centre within walking distance. The steam railway offers childlike delight to all as it passes by the apartment, several times a day, on its journey to Dartmouth, via Kingswear, with Goodrington Railway Station close at hand for those who wish to board. For budding golfers, there is a superb golf course, Churston Golf Club, only 10 minutes drive towards Brixham with mini golf nearby at Broadsands.
